Kumamoto Prefectural Office (Luffy Statue)

A life-size statue of Luffy stands outside the Kumamoto Prefectural Office, part of the One Piece Kumamoto Revival Project after the 2016 earthquakes.

Following the 2016 Kumamoto earthquakes, manga creator Eiichiro Oda (a Kumamoto native) partnered with the prefecture to place life-size statues of the Straw Hat crew across the region as part of the One Piece Kumamoto Revival Project.
