L'histoire suit un protagoniste dont le nom s'écrit avec les caractères signifiant « Ciel étoilé » en japonais, mais se prononce « Nasa ». Le jour de ses examens d'entrée au lycée, Nasa rencontre une belle jeune fille nommée Tsukasa. Pour Nasa, il semble que le destin l'appelle enfin pour avoir une petite amie, mais les choses tournent au vinaigre lorsqu'il est renversé par une voiture et ne peut pas se présenter à ses examens d'entrée. Après que Tsukasa ait aidé Nasa blessé, il lui fait une déclaration
