Sanji Statue (Mashiki Town Community Center)

A life-size statue of Sanji is installed at the Mashiki Town Community Information Center. Mashiki was the epicenter of the 2016 Kumamoto earthquakes, and Sanji's statue here symbolizes nourishing the town's spirit during recovery. The statue shows Sanji in his classic cooking pose.

Sanji was placed in Mashiki because the town was the hardest hit by the 2016 earthquakes. As the Straw Hats' cook who refuses to let anyone go hungry, Oda chose Sanji to symbolize nourishment and care for the people of Mashiki during their most difficult time.
