雨宮蓮(れん)は、東京の秀尽学園に転入し、2年生に進級しようとしていた。ある事件をきっかけに彼の「ペルソナ」が覚醒し、仲間とともに「心の怪盗団」を結成。腐敗した大人たちの歪んだ欲望の根源を盗み出して心を改心させていく。一方、街では奇怪な事件が次々と発生し……。昼は東京で平凡な高校生として過ごしながら、夜は怪盗として大都会を駆け抜ける日々が始まる。
