Le Club des Voisins — un club fondé dans le but de se faire des amis, où vivent des garçons et des filles malchanceux ayant peu d'amis dans leurs vies regrettables. Bien que Yozora Mikazuki ait affronté un certain incident à la fin de l'été, la vie quotidienne du Club des Voisins continue comme d'habitude. Une nonne étrange, des membres du conseil des élèves et d'autres nouveaux visages font leur apparition, rendant la vie de Kodaka Hasegawa encore plus mouvementée. Tandis qu'ils profitent tous d'une visite au parc d'attractions, de jeux vidéo, de célébrations…
