Les cinq membres du Club de recherche culturelle — Taichi Yaegashi, Iori Nagase, Himeko Inaba, Yui Kiriyama et Yoshifumi Aoki — sont confrontés un jour à un phénomène étrange : Aoki et Yui échangent leurs corps sans avertissement. Le même événement commence à affecter les autres membres du club, plongeant leur vie quotidienne dans le chaos. Au début, les cinq étudiants trouvent une certaine amusement au milieu de la confusion, mais cette connexion involontaire met également à nu les blessures douloureuses cachées au fond de leurs cœurs. Alors que leurs vies paisibles sont bouleversées...
