Troisième saison de la série Monogatari, partie 5/5. Contient l'arc Koyomi Reverse du light novel Zoku Owarimonogatari. Le matin après la remise des diplômes du lycée, Koyomi se tient devant le miroir au-dessus du lavabo pour se laver le visage quand il a soudainement l'impression que son reflet le fixe du regard. Il tends instinctivement la main vers le miroir, et en le touchant, ses doigts s'y enfoncent... Quand il reprend ses esprits, Koyomi se retrouve dans un monde où tout semble à l'envers.
