Youta Narukami est un lycéen entièrement focalisé sur ses examens d'entrée à l'université. Lors des dernières vacances d'été de son lycée, une jeune fille nommée Hina, qui se présente comme la déesse de l'omniscience, vient à sa rencontre. Elle lui annonce qu'à trente jours d'intervalle, le monde prendra fin. Sceptique au départ, Youta finit par se rendre à l'évidence après avoir constaté ses capacités de prédiction surnaturelles. Pour une raison qu'elle seule connaît, Hina décide de s'installer chez lui, et leurs vacances mouvementées face à la fin du monde commencent.
