Aikawa Ayumu est un lycéen ordinaire. Un jour, il est tué par un tueur en série et ressuscité en zombie par une nécromancienne nommée Eucliwood Hellscythe. Il commence à servir Eu comme garde du corps, mais il prive accidentellement la magicienne Haruna de ses pouvoirs magiques. Haruna ordonne à Ayumu de combattre à sa place contre le système anti-magie « Megalo ».
