Dans un monde en mutation, des inspecteurs équipés de Dominators — armes capables de mesurer les « Coefficients criminels » — traquent les « criminels latents » avant qu'ils ne passent à l'acte. Cette troisième saison de PSYCHO-PASS suit deux inspecteurs en quête de vérité : Arata Shindou et Kei Mikhail Ignatov.
