La « Justice » ouvre les portes d'un monde nouveau. Dans un futur proche, le système Sibyl, un réseau de surveillance qui quantifie l'âme humaine, maintient l'ordre public. Dans un monde en mutation, des inspecteurs équipés de Dominators — armes capables de mesurer les « Coefficients criminels » — traquent les « criminels latents » avant qu'ils ne passent à l'acte. Cette troisième saison de PSYCHO-PASS suit deux inspecteurs en quête de vérité : Arata Shindou et Kei Mikhail Ignatov.
