Tsuda Takatoshi s'apprête à commencer sa première année à l'Académie Ousai. Il a choisi cette école avant tout pour sa proximité avec son domicile, sans vraiment prêter attention au fait qu'il serait parmi les premiers garçons à intégrer cet établissement récemment mixte. Lors de son premier trajet vers l'école, Takatoshi se retrouve entouré de filles ; le train n'est rempli que de filles, la marche jusqu'à l'école aussi, et à son arrivée, un groupe de filles l'aborde et le nomme directement vice-président de l'association étudiante.
