Asagiri Aya est une jeune fille victime de harcèlement à l'école. À la recherche d'une échappatoire à ses problèmes, elle se tourne vers Internet pour se distraire, quand un site web mystérieux appelé « Magical Girl Site » fait son apparition. Il suffit de consulter la page pour que Aya se retrouve plongée dans le monde mortel de l'Apocalypse des Magical Girls. Là, c'est combattre ou mourir, face à un flot apparemment inépuisable de créatures tueuses d'une adorabilité sauvage, vêtues de jupes à volants, chacune armée de pouvoirs magiques et d'une soif inextinguible
