A mountainous city in Saitama Prefecture that inspired the rural village setting where Senku establishes his Kingdom of Science. The traditional architecture and natural mountain landscape provide the perfect backdrop for the primitive civilization rebuilding scenes.

This historic Shinto shrine dating back over 2000 years appears in the anime as a place of spiritual significance. The shrine's colorful decorations and traditional festivals connect to themes of tradition and remembrance central to the story.

The old bridge is where the Super Peace Busters gathered as children and where many pivotal emotional scenes take place. Jinta crosses this bridge on his way to the secret base, and the final farewell scene is set nearby.
